nutrie1969 is one of the world's most unknown players, not because of his strength, which is that of a bear cub, -- though his rank consistently dimmishes among the world's top players -- but because of his uncompromising clumsy style of play and silly dances he performs for himself when he thinks he has bee particularly clever. He is known for his ability to be inarticulate with unusual opening systems, and heads for risky, unclear positions rather than deeply theoretical lines. This style results in more unfinished games, both wins and losses; nutrie1969 likely draws the fewest games of any world-class player but makes up for it by using pastels and oils for his artworks. However, this also results in inconsistency, self loathing and being shunned by the chess community in general and has had less success in major events than his rating would indicate.
