As the flag shows I am from the great nation of Wales- okay we've been lacking in world class chess players for a while but hey we'll still take anyone in rugby! Currently member of two clans and not looking to expand. I will respect vacation signs (unless they become absurd). I will only time out if the delay is out of the ordinary, i.e I have just timed out a pair who couldn't be bothered to move for a month in a lost position...... You get the idea.
