Have been playing chess through out my life although I have stopped for practically 15 years but have just resumed into active playing again. I like to play fast games and I claim all timeouts in whatever way I can. If I feel like it I will even claim timeouts even if you are on vacation. Thats part and parcel of the game. Do the same to me as well.
