Emojis no longer permitted in game names

Overuse of emojis in game names, presumably to catch potential opponent's attention in open invites, has resulted in their removal from all game names past and future.

Going forward, all emojis will be silently stripped when creating a new game, so game names that are all emojis will now be created with a blank name instead.
