The chess puzzles don't appear to be working properly.
On a mate in 3, I could only move once,on another puzzle,the hints/errors aren't updating and when I took a piece it remained showing under my piece

Two things:

1) Puzzle nr. 8365 doesn't allow for the mating move. It has been done by @Saturnus2

2) The puzzle is shown, when I select "mate in 3" in the drop down menue. If I choose "Mate in 2" puzzles with mate in 2 by chess host are shown

I seem to be lagging some as do some of the other Subscribers.

Yes, and it also takes time to get from one page to another, if that tells you anything?

Also when posting takes a little time to go when I hit Post.

I been on and off and it hasn't changed since this morning pages are still slow loading, or sending a post.
