I have read some of the exhanges, and disagree totally with your assessment.
It is clear that Ghost generally has the better of the debates, with D64 landing a few telling blows between the inevitable, tedious insults.
I think most people with a calm disposition will come out on top against the Duchess as she is fundamentally unhinged and incapable of controlling herself in normal exchanges. Invariably she will start off quite strong but then very quickly go into combat mode and implode in a puff of exaggerations and vitriol.
