I really would like you to see The Emigrants - the story about some of the families that left Sweden in poverty and for religious reasons to find a new place in America - the land where everything was possible. The writer, Wilhelm Moberg, had a hard time interviewing their relatives in America, as the Swedish church tried to stop him.
