Maybe watched:
Nope.

NOT watched:
Are those sitcoms? I have seen a bit of stuff like that when I was watching TV at a hotel, but I didn't get it, so I didn't watch until the end. I think I may have seen something of "Neighbours".

Sesame Street? Not quite in the same league as Eastern Bloc animation, but still ...
Yep! I even watched that on TV (black and white)! (Of course it was "Sesamstraße".)

The East-German Sandmännchen was cute.

TOS (complete), TNG (complete), Deep Space 9 (a little), Voyager (even less) and Enterprise (less than a whole episode).

Mystery Science Theater Three Thousand!

They take old movies, and dub over silhouettes of a guy and some robots who make endless comments on the movie as you watch it.

They are trapped in space with nothing better to do than watch old movies I guess is the premise of the show. Good stuff, I believe RBM made an avatar at one time based on this show.

When I was young, there was this program in the cultural public channel (RTP2) only about animation from the Eastern Bloc. The guy presenting it was fascinated by Hungarian animation. Some of the stuff was quite good, to be honest.

I don't know why, but I think that it would have been quite fitting if you had watched them as a kid.
