I would not stop an abortion for rape or incest but here is the deal:
NOBODY should be telling women what to do with their bodies.
The abortion laws are just the latest round of up front hatred of women especially women in powerful positions.
Those woman haters want nothing less than shoving the freedom of women back to 1830, no vote, forget legal abortions for any reason, barefoot and pregnant.

YOU might consdier that when you have new thoughts, like dragging the effect of state laws, that you start a separate thread on your additional concerns.
Here you seem to have this thing about woman hatred and powerful women, and people who want to send them back 100 years or some such. May be a great topic, but this one is about whether exceptions to abortions be made in cases of incest or rape. The question could not be more clear. Maybe you just like to type.

Michigan and Colorado are the highest easily with Michigan double and tripling the others on the list including Colorado. The states you mention have the heartbeat bill where you have six weeks to get an abortion.

The list is about states with draconian abortion laws and Texas leads THAT list with 54 A DAY.
States with relaxed abortion laws can actually see the victim as a human being, in the banned states, they are cattle.

Ok, I'm an idiot, I guess women are idiots too since at 6 weeks a large percentage of them don't even know they are pregnant. and those banned states response: The HELL with her, she couldn't keep her legs shut.
BTW the death count in Georgia and Texas is up to FOUR dead women who could have been saved if this insanity of women hating laws had not been enacted, we have Trump to thank for all those women dying. He said "I am PROUD to have overturned Roe V Wade, and now it will be up the the states to make laws and he know full well what would happen when Roe V Wade was killed by his cadre of those three ultrarightwingnut judges he had put onto the Supreme court and that will only be the start if he wins, he will make those three an offer they can't refuse to 'retire' so he can install three much younger judges so they can continue to fuuk up US society for the next 40 years.
Trump has been called by HUNDREDS of historians as already the worse POTUS in US history but it will be NOTHING compared to the NEXT 4 years if he gets in.
