Why do you say that?

Some numbers to ponder Climate related deaths per million:
1920 2400/1000000
1960 500/1000000
1980 100/1000000
2000 40/1000000
@wajoma saidI’m not sure what your numbers mean but for the sake of clarity and so that Kev doesn’t (accidentally) call me a “liar” or “Tory-boy” … I totally accept the core heat-up data on climate change.

@divegeester
The point is snow falls on glaciers just as much as nearby lands and 50 years later it is not surprising the buildup of snow could cover such a plane in the first place.
Personally, I would be more interested if a 120 year old plane was found under the ice🙂
@Wajoma
It is not the past numbers we are worried about and you know that full well. Things will not go well for your Island nation if the ice melts.
I should say WHEN the ice melts.
We humans may have already passed the point of no return no matter WHAT climate control laws are put in place by ANY country, US, China, Brazil, whatever.
I guess it meant nothing to you to see temps of 55 degrees C in India and that is only the opening round.
I also guess it means nothing to you Iraq is running out of fresh water or fires devastating Spain and France and the US and Lake Mead down to 25% of capacity or the Amazon fires sending ash to AFRICA AS WE SPEAK.
No big deal, just WEATHER.
