Duchess, et al, think for some unexplained reason that it is a race problem.
It’s not an unknown culture, it’s the dominant and deeply ingrained ( shoot first and ask questions later ) culture developed in and by the US for about 200 years, the same one that is being taught in cop school.

I'll bet dollars to donuts that they all practice shooting to kill. my opinion but I'd like to hear from people who know for sure.
