@no1marauder saidnothing more for you to say now that you learned the icc doesnt hear gas station robbery cases...😂
Actually there's nothing more to say in the ICC thread; you were shown to be absolutely 100% incorrect and your stubborn and ignorant refusal to admit it can't be rationally debated.
@earl-of-trumps saidmarerider1 asked for evidence, I provided some. he will just ignore and move on.
The three leaders of BLM are admitted trained marxists.
Get with the program, No1. This is an exercise in link pinning that is not at all warranted.

Takes a full grown man to admit when he is wrong.
@earl-of-trumps saidI made a specific request; what policies does Black Lives Matter support which are "Marxist"?

Do you know of any?
I already dealt with the fact that one person described herself as a Marxist; so what? There are literally millions of people involved in the movement, are you claiming that they are all Marxists?

I'm sorry that you can't understand that Spain (for example) has a sovereign right to deal with those who commit crimes on their soil by providing that they can be tried in an international tribunal rather than a Spanish court for certain specified crimes. I believe that most reading the thread understood the point even if you can't and/or won't.
OK, Earl, here's a proposed policy initiative by BLM, the BREATHE ACT. It provides:
"The BREATHE Act, a four-part proposal named after the phrase uttered by Black men Eric Garner and George Floyd while in police choke holds, aims to codify the movement’s core objective: redirecting federal funds away from police, prisons and other parts of the criminal justice system and into underserved communities of color."
"The BREATHE Act’s terms go beyond criminal justice reform. The plan calls for funding for infrastructure that can withstand climate change-related disasters and federal grants to guarantee clean air and water for all communities. It also supports the passage of H.R. 40, which would establish a committee for the study of reparations; and calls for the expansion of existing health programs like Medicaid under the terms of the Affordable Care Act."

Now, explain to me how those goals are "Marxist". I assume you have an extensive understanding of Karl Marx's political philosophy so you can expertly describe how it intersects with the BLM agenda.
Thanks in advance.

@no1marauder saidgarner did not die from a choke hold, he had a heart attack. Floyd was saying he couldnt breath BEFORE the officers subdued him.

"Garner's official cause of death was compression of the neck/chokehold, chest compression with contributing factors of asthma, obesity, cardiovascular disease and hypertension, she said. The manner of death was ruled homicide."

Pantaleo only faced one open hearing regarding his actions and in it:
"The judge found officer Daniel Pantaleo — who has been on modified administrative duty in the years since Garner's death on a Staten Island street corner — guilty of "reckless assault" when he used an impermissible chokehold on the 43-year-old father, according to two sources familiar with the decision, who said the report was extremely detailed."

@mott-the-hoople saidThe grand jury sees only the evidence the DA wants it to. If he's not interested in an indictment, the GJ doesn't bring one. And we have no idea what evidence was before that grand jury; the DA fought to keep it secret and won in the courts. https://www.reuters.com/article/us-usa-police-garner/eric-garner-grand-jury-minutes-to-remain-sealed-n-y-high-court-idUSKBN0TC2L720151123

The article you posted is from the NYCPBA and is hardly nonbiased. It resisted Pantaleo's firing but an independent fact finder determined he used a barred chokehold and that he should be removed from the force. Additionally, NYC paid over $5 million to Garner's survivors for his unjustifiable death caused by their police officer.
