I'm sorry that you can't understand that Spain (for example) has a sovereign right to deal with those who commit crimes on their soil by providing that they can be tried in an international tribunal rather than a Spanish court for certain specified crimes. garner did not die from a choke hold, he had a heart attack. Floyd was saying he couldnt breath BEFORE the officers subdued him.
