This issue must be put in context:
Aznar es un hijo de puta derechista sin la más mínima idea de
cultura, maniqueo y soberbio, producto de la más oscura derecha
católica y, por ende, ignorante y proclive a la fuerza bruta, como todo
los hijos de puta ignorantes cuyo cerebro
no funciona.
Translation: Aznar is a far right, catholic conservative. A ...[text shortened]... sorts to violence since the brain works quite poorly.
Please, do not take that SOB seriously.

Please explain why, in your opinion, Aznar has "no concept of history".
I have already answered your question, implicitly, in my initial response to your post, which was a question.

If you give me some weeks, though, I can write an essay about
the structural mistakes of the Partido Popular (Aznar's
political party) and the treasons based upon lack of historic
depth to the Tratado de la Moncloa since Manuel Fraga
Iribane. Also, I c... well, first of all, are you familiar with political
history of Spain?

and have read some, I am no expert myself. However, I can
summarize it this way: The "political surgery" performed in the
Spanish society after the rightwing dictatorship required all the
sectors to put down any drastic feature of the years of oppression,
including the PP (the most Franco alike group). We have all seen
the impressive societal, political and economic development of
Spain, and that is because under the socialdemocrat blanket the
parties have stayed away from any Franquista perfume... until now,
and Aznar's confrontational speech, depite it may echo a small
fraction of the country, goes against the basic logic on which the
re-birth of Spain from the ashes of the dictatorship was built.
Plus, aside, I may say that there are enough delicate situations
with the Middle East to invest time in apologies based centuries
ago. SOme apologies should be sorted out for things happening
right here and right now. Then again, that's just my opinion... the
1st paragraph is the one I was more interested in sharing.
Warning: It is just my opinion. No universal truth.
