Why has it been assumed that the bicycle had withheld consent? There's no mention of it in the article.
You are quite clearly unware of the Law of the Land in the United Kingdom which States that Having Sex with a Bicycle May Cause you to Cum a Cropper.

It was chained up in some sort of crazy bicycle domination sado-masochism sex game. You see them chained up all over the UK, and now you know why.

We can't be getting the full story from that article! I refuse to believe that in a society where practices such as dogging are deemed acceptable, a man can be placed on the sex offenders register for simulating sex with a bike behind a locked door. When I first saw the headline I though he'd been doing it in the high street but behind a locked door???

This is the bit that seems to have gone unchallenged that I find odd, that a bloke in his own room can't do as he pleases. I mean the whole bit of as long as they don't scare the horses I thought was meant to hold true and even if its only a room its still a your castle to do in as you please. How do cleaners get the 'right' to open your door with a master key?
I imagine he failed to use the "Do Not Disturb" sign.

Honestly, why a bike, why not a bed, tree or cupboard

Is this man mentally unstable or just very lonely.... ?
The guy was in his own room, i don't get the charge thing 😕

Also, i've been out on the town in Ayr a few times, and chatted up a few bikes myself. The "West if the Moon" nightclub is full of them 😛

I don't know what gives you the idea that dogging is deemed acceptable. It isn't.

I'd keep the "chatting up a few bikes" comment to yourself mate....each too their own as they say......😀....thats unless your refereing to bikes as in the "office slag" which is known around theses parts (my office) as "the bike", because everyone gets a "ride"...........😉...

I think the shock of the guy shagging a "bike" was too much for the cleaners, he was in a hostel, so all priacvy issues are out off the way.. ; )

Yeah, maybe he's half bike and the bike is half man, a la the third policeman?! He probably didn't even invite the bike in, it just came in itself. but no one ever suspects the bike...

There's nothing wrong with dogging, as long as everyone consents.
