When Obama gives the 16 million illegal aliens amnesty should they denounce their country of origin or have dual citizenship ? For example, Mexico and the U.S.
I do not think anyone should have dual citizenship with the US and Mexico.

Well, historically they've done things like give out our nuclear technology to the country they are truly loyal to.

With respect to Switzerland and political figures, there is enormous opportunity for abuse especially in the current climate with blatant corruption and incompetence in American and international finance
Can you give me an example?

You can't. There are only a few countries for which American citizens are allowed double citizenship. Israel is one of them. Apparently Switzerland as well.

Ah ! Mr. caustic and disagreeable is back.
You deny the Obama administration is attempting to circumvent immigration laws through executive orders ?

Jonathan Jay Pollard [right] was an American-Israeli citizen who worked for the US government. He is well known because he stole more secrets from the U.S. than has any other spy in American history. During his interrogation Pollard said he felt compelled to put the "interests of my state" ahead of his own. Although as a U.S. Navy counter-intelligence specialist he had a top-secret security clearance, by "my state" he meant the state of Israel.

Good, because I think it would be a pretty harsh requirement to have to denounce your former country!

To be fair, the Bush administration was as motivated to give illegal aliens amnesty as is the Obama administration.

This is one of those things where we end up getting screwed in a bipartisan fashion.
