Bernie and AOC had supported such a cap in 2019 (at 15% ), so Sanders is most anxious to work on a bill putting Trump's proposal into effect.

Trump didn't run for President in 2024 to do anything but shield his backside from his many legal woes and to peddle his political power and influence to the highest bidder.
