so rather than get new tanks to add to the thousands of tanks you already have or give tax breaks for the uber wealthy so they can add millions to the billions they already have and are sitting doing nothing, you allow each and every american the safety a health insurance provides. that way the american will spend money in your economy rather than save it in case he gets sick someday.
