I never said there was no UN, that is what Bolton said.
His point was the USA leads the UN and not the other way around. The USA didn't care about the Rwanda genocide so the UN had a very limited role. The USA rigs UN votes with bribery and threats. The threat of sanctions alone is a common method of extortion. The UN is completely corrupted by the USA.
