I thought that was Orban but I am wrong, Orban wants to do such changes at NATO as to make responses ONLY in NATO countries, which of course would let Putin off the hook, can have attacks going on in Russia now can we just because Putin wants to rebuild the Soviet Union.
And of course if that happened Hungary would be well paid for their service to mother Russia.......
