@averagejoe1 saidUh-huh. Tell me, WHY is a "wealthy person" in a program to help poorer people get a mortgage, anyway?
You are the top bullshyter on the Forum. The FHA Director said it is a program to help people get a mortgage at a reduced rate. WITHIN THAT PROGRAM, the wealthier have to pay a premium, resulting in the low credit guy getting a discount on HIS premium. Jesus.
That is it, everyone, look it up. I have no idea about Maruauder's smoke.
Look, I got a re-fi a couple years back at less than 3%. The people getting a mortgage now necessarily pay a higher rate. Are they paying for me?
In your little world, where there are always "winners" and "losers", just to make you feel better about yourself, why must you always claim the rich are getting screwed? You've got quite a disconnect from reality, there.

@suzianne saidThis is entertaining, but I really would like for someone to explain what Suzanne is trying to say in her second paragraph.

Susie, I would love for you to start a thread with your most insightful reasoning about the difference in winners and losers, how would you elaborate on that? For instance, is it a good thing for a society to have winners and loser, or a bad thing? Is it possible to have all winners and no losers? Remember it’s before answering that, some people work harder than others.

@averagejoe1 saidMost of the ones who work hardest are the ones you call "losers".

@averagejoe1 saidIs English too hard for you today?
One is hardly a loser when he is creating. To create is to win, not to lose. Geez
Everyone, suzianne, says people who work hard are losers. Go figure..
Try again
@averagejoe1 saidI said: "Most of the ones who work hardest are the ones you call "losers"."
Talkin' bout?!
You said: "Everyone, suzianne, says people who work hard are losers."

@averagejoe1 saidShe's one of those who works hardest, yet you call a loser.

Take a look. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Susan_Rice
Does that sound like a loser to you?

@shallow-blue saidShallow. You own a bank. A man wants to borrow money from your bank. A credit rating, which would be on record somewhere in the cloud, would tell you if his rating was good enough, that he could be responsible enough to pay the loan back. It is a history of the payment (or nonpayment!) of his debts.
I still don't understand why you colonials need something called a "Credit Rating". Nothing like this happens in civilised countries. Why do you insist on being so beholden to the MBA industry?
I don’t get your reference to civilized countries. A Bedouin on a camel in the desert would check a guy out before he would loan money to that guy. You liberals are so simple to debate with.
