there is a difference between the "never-ending money flow into terrorist-breeding nations used only for weapons and not to alleviate the supposed conditions claimed to be created by the west" and the choice to "use the never-ending flow of money into terrorist-breeding nations for building and improving their own infrastructure". but then that would make too much sense wouldn't it?
Eliminate the alleged cause of why these countries produce terrorists then the acts of terror would cease. Proving the claims against the west false. So they must perpetuate the impoverished conditions and the lie that the west is responsible buy keeping those conditions going - and keep using the huge influx of money to arm the terrorists instead of improving the conditions blamed on the west.
That's the difference between light and darkness.

millions of dollars made available to perpetuate the terror machine but not one dollar for toys (unless they look like weapons), or clothes (unless they have compartments for things that go 'kaboom'😉 no money for international education system (only for a closed system designed to breed children into terrorists), no money for developing clean water systems and better food, no money for medications and national hygene, etc, etc. But lots of money for war toys and terror weapons. What's wrong with this picture? Where is all that money coming from? They need a helping hand and are handed the only option designed to keep them in their detrimantal condition. Very sad... 😞
