It was an unprovoked attack by an Irish extremist, we should bomb Ireland.

No, she had done what no other newsperson has ever even considered doing. The other, American reporters (ahem, Bill O'Reilly) are way too lame I think.

The interviewer made me cringe more than anything else, it was a shameless ambush that must have taken Bush by surprise, I thought he handled it very well considering the way she blindsided him.
What? He's unpopular in Ireland. Why not ask the questions the Irish people want?

Her opening statement was incredibly rude, don't you think?

Are you sure it was her opening statement? As the clip begins, she's already in the middle of talking.

First of all, I want to make it clear that after the Zionists goofed up 1994, I no longer believe in peace talks.

Second of all, while you are right about the press, no one has ever attacked him head-on like that before. They were all just:

PRESS: "So, Mr. President, you, against our wishes, and the wishes of your country, want a further troop surge."

BUSH: "Yes."

PRESS: "Excellent."

😛

But now, it's not like that. Now this woman, an amazing reporter by the way, attacks him and debases him. It clearly shows his ineptitude, as someone who had no business becoming leader of the most powerful nation in the world. No US press media (with the possible exception of NBC) would ever do that.

You should know that no-one messes with the Irish. Just ask the Brits.
