Don't all cities in most western countries have hospitals? I suppose that depends on what you define as a city. Flu shots are a bit dubious, as influenza viruses come in more strains than you can count, and vaccination with one strain is not cross-protective for the others. Also, what cures for viruses has Canada come up with, and why are they not sharing them with the rest of the world?
