@jimm619 saidSo many restrictions on freedom, why choose this old fogey to protest? I suspect there's some foreign temptress driving their activities, which is why they're looking into the financing.
Probably a field day for lawyers;

Why aren't the truckers protesting the fact that happy hours are illegal in Utah? That seems like a much bigger grievance than forced vaccination, which has been around for over 100 years.

@metal-brain saidDidn't read the link, did you?
The Canadians have inspired more protests across the world. Lose is a poor choice in words. It will continue and spread.
They LOSE MONEY................heIIo?

Every time people protect anything that seems to come from the right side of the political spectrum, the Left screams astroturf.
It's some sort of mental block that prevents people on the Left from accepting that some people lower than themselves on the economic spectrum might disagree with them on anything.
@wildgrass saidYou run all over the message board with basically the same analogy fail about how minor the seizure syrup; it's less than seatbelts, it's less than road kill, it's less than fire escapes, it's just a jab. You're braver to take the juice than people who have faced down rubber bullets, tear gas, water cannons, loss of their business, loss of contact with family, loss of their home, loss of employment.

If it is such a minor thing, stop mandating, forcing, coercing the clot shot.

@sh76 saidRight side of the spectrum? My super-lib mother in law is anti-vax, and has been for at least 50 years. Where have you been?

Until now, I've never ever ever heard someone on the right side of the political spectrum speak out about vaccination mandates.
@wajoma saidI'm just out here trying to understand why it's just this one thing with y'all. You don't seem to care when police pull people over and arrest them or kill them for minor offenses. They "should have complied" you say. You don't seem to care about excessive building codes that make it impossible to put in a pool. You don't seem to care that seat belts kill people (they do). You don't seem to care that cross walks don't do anything to prevent pedestrian deaths.

All you care about is a recent iteration of this one dumb vaccination thing, which has been around for 5 generations prior and you didn't care until now. Why?

@wildgrass saidThe clot shot and it's many iterations have not been around 5 generations, it is unproven and long term effects are unknown.

Anti-vaccinationism was relatively muted, however, when our modern era of vaccination got underway in the 1960s. In that decade, a series of new vaccines—to prevent polio, measles, mumps, and rubella—were developed in rapid succession. Just a few years before, the American public had greeted the first polio vaccine, released in 1954, with wild enthusiasm. Parents so dreaded polio that they were quick to seek the vaccine for their children, and coercive policies never became necessary. (3) A few voices spoke out against the vaccine, but they got little traction in a nation overwhelmingly desperate to prevent the disease.

@jimm619 saidThe evidence is there before your eyes jim 'the bore' 619. The wuflu has only been around abut 2 years, the clot shot much less, the second and third and fourth shots have been around corresponding shorter amounts of time. Less than 2 years does not equal 5 generations, less than two years does not allow time to assess long term effects.
EVIDENCE?
That wildcrass cannot (as evidenced by her last post) acknowledge this and then goes on to copy and paste irrelevant dodging info reeks of evangelism worse than the happy clappers who believe in faith healing.
The Evidence:
2 years is less than 5 generations
18 months is less than 5 generations
1 year is less than 5 generations
Edit: This being the internet and jim 'the bore' 619 being the bore that he is, I fully expect him to argue that 1 year is longer than 5 generations (in mosquito years), then call me stupid and give himself 3 thumbs up.

@wajoma saidYou're not protesting the clot shot, you are protesting vaccination. Freedom and what-not. The science, the timing, etc. is irrelevant from a freedom standpoint.

@wildgrass saidhaha another dodge, it's difficult to recognise you have a problem, but it's the first step to recovery.

Has the clot shot been around less than 5 generations and less time than is required to assess long term effects?

@wajoma saidIf its about freedom of choice, then the mandated smallpox and polio vaccines are highly relevant.

If its about science and safety of the clot shot, the truckers sure aren't saying so.
