i am not saying dictatorship is the way to go. dictatorship is only reasonable when an immortal, invulnerable, benevolent person is the grand poobah. and since we don't have someone like that, we must settle for the next best thing: democracy. i am saying that in certain situations, those with an anti social behaviour must be smacked over the head. and having 10 kids in a country over a billion souls is anti-social.
