Oh yeah just a reminder that only a minority of the people voted for Trump to hold the gavel.
Simple fact is that if Trump could have debated Biden then he surely would have. He opted instead for saying a whole lot of utter rubbish in a loud squeaky voice.

In any case, the POTUS is not an emperor; does not hold the gavel in every court and forum. This he has never accepted. But he will, eventually.
