The point is, in the US you are forced to spend more time working than is healthy for your private life.

And 4 weeks vacation a year is way too little. That’s a Summer holiday.

Another point about work-life balance, is having room to balance your work with your life (so, being able to work flexible hours, etc. ) .

What I am on about is the global problem, esp in societies of government dependence, of people who work hard and amass wealth are 'hit upon' by people like yourself and Marauder to give their wealth over to other people. Why, Shav, some of the people are not even KNOWN to the persons that you hit upon.
So, I demonstrate that by my excellent analogy above that if I have big bucks a the end of the day, Marauder would explain to me that I have to give you a part of that which I have produced or earned.

You misrepresent what Joe Biden said. There's over a trillion bucks that Congress wants to spend over what the government collects in taxes. He asked Republicans if they want to cut spending and they said no.
