Criteria for Justification or WAR.

An extremely easy question.

The answer:

"Any war is justified that is designed or intended to overcome slavery."

Then all that must be asked is "Can this dictator kill at his pleasure?"

Two simple tests and questions.

Not? Could Saddam send police into the night to arrest, torture and kill with no questions asked? Yes. Those killed are his "property" by definition. Not?
