The difference between what GPS Fusion did and what Trump is doing has been explained to you numerous times. The former is legal and the latter is not.

GPS Fusion is a US company, not a foreign government. It can be hired to assist a candidate in an election under the law. A foreign government can't be solicited for such aid legally.
