Funnily enough, when I lived in the US I accidently dropped the US flag in a pile of poo.
Obviously fingers were pointed and accusations made, but I swear to God that it wasn't my poo and that the drop was accidental.
Ultimately the dog got the blame for the poo, but my unbiased credibility was stained. Much like that flag, coming to think of it.

There is no such place as Palistine. Isreal was totally defeated by Rome in 70 AD. The people of Isreal were driven out of their country. Many went to other parts of the world, but also many remained. The new Roman Governor renamed that area Palistine. The Israeli people continued to call it Isreal. WikiWikidodaday there's no such place as Palistine.
There's no such place as England. Some Germanics decided to rename Britain into Angle-land.
There's no such place as France. Another Germanic tribe decided to rename Gaul.
There's no such place as Iran. Some people renamed Persia.
Etc.

Since your being so exacting, when the Jews came out of an ever thankful Egypt, from whom did they steal this sacrocant country they clain with a deed signed by god? Or, to be more specific, does ownership begin with a realtor named Moses? Come off the holier than whomever crap. Israel has no more claim on this area than I do. And for the record, I am not Palistinean, nor a Palestinean supporter. I am not anti Jewish. I am anti Israel!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Possesion is 9/10ths of the law, they are on the land and so far everyone playing king of the hill and trying to knock them off, has failed miserably so I would say they have some claim to it.

Hence the myth of the Palestinian people. There is no Palestine, therefore there can be no Palestinian people.
Actually, that region was once called Philistine. 77 percent of ancient Philistine is now modern day Jordan. They don't want any of that land though. For some reason, I'm sure it has nothing to do with the fact that Israel is Jewish and Jordan isn' ...[text shortened]... tion is, how long before they're trying to lob rockets at each other over Israeli territory.
If not, please outline what are, in your view, the necessary conditions for peoplehood.
