There's something YOU don't understand.
Republicans own all the big businesses in the inner cities. It is an efficient method by which they extract money from those communities in order to fund their lavish lifestyles.
The physical property that enables them to live their elevated lifestyles, which funds their passive income streams, is constantly in arms reach of the same poor inner city residents who are providing the cash flow that keeps these wealthy right wingers in their positions of power and comfort.
The ones who enforce the status quo are the police and the prisons (and people like Rittenhouse). However the police and prisons are underfunded because of tax cuts and they are overwhelmed by the sheer numbers of Americans they are trying to exploit.
The never ending process of tax cuts and higher profits that the wealthy Republicans are obsessed with - I don't mean the common voters, I mean the Trumps, the Waltons, the Bushes etc has hit an asymptotic limit and their demand for increased linear financial gain has broken reality.
Riots are just a symptom and partial corrective measure for this control of the economy by irrational sociopaths who refuse to see reality.
