I do not understand what engineer Corbin had in mind. His presentation was stopped at that point.

However, it is important how the "bioweapon" is defined.

First, note that almost everything can be used as a weapon. Even water can be used as a weapon. Every natural dangerous virus can be used as a weapon.

In so far, it has remained open whether the coronavirus epidemic started because someone used that virus as a weapon - deliberately released it from the lab or something like that.

Second, some things are DESIGNED as weapons. Some viruses and bacteria are designed as weapons. Then, the purpose of creating the virus was military. However, it may happen that the weapon is not used as a weapon, it might be released as an accident.

Third, some natural things that are not weapons as such can be used inside some technological thing. The composition together is a weapon. Some chemicals, for example, are used in everyday life. They are somewhat dangerous. But if someone builds machinery to use such a chemical inside the bomb, then it is definitely a chemical weapon. This is the case with Douma alleged chemical attack. The chemical assumed to be used in that attack is used in everyday life. Many people have it at home.

Also, Anthrax is a very dangerous bacteria. In itself, it is not a weapon, it is difficult to spread it. However, we know from history, that various countries have experimented with Anthrax as a bioweapon. They have invented methods how to spread Anthrax and they have tested these methods (Soviet Union has done it; the US did it in Fort Detric lab).

Finally, there are such things like DP experiments.

The genetic experiments that change natural viruses, making them dangerous to human beings, are called GOF experiments (Gain Of Function experiments). Such experiments, however, are also DP experiments: the scientific results obtained can be used both in medicine and in the military industry.

Now, I really failed to understand why Corbin said the genetic coronavirus vaccine is a bioweapon. Perhaps, I should study some segments of the video carefully. I do not remember now, what did he say. Whether there were some poisons included in that vaccine.

The most sensitive question, of course, is whether that vaccine was PRODUCED, keeping in mind military purposes or whether that vaccine is USED as a weapon. These are the issues of some most controversial conspiracy theories.

In sum, in my mind, often those people who are talking about COVID and bioweapons, fail to specify their definition of "bioweapon".

A part of your question seems to be beside the point. You should not assume that all weapons are successful in killing people. Some experimental viruses that are not yet perfect killers might be released by accident. Moreover, the coronavirus SARS-CoV-2, for example, is a perfect weapon in the following sense: it spreads very well, it infects very well, it destroys the economy very well. If the virus is too good in fast killing, that virus is not spreading far, because all the infected people will be dead before they succeed to travel, the area will be quickly isolated, etc.

Engineer Corbin's only relevant sentence from his speech that contains the word "bioweapon":

"However, the patent databases that we’ve accessed proves that COVID-19 and COVID-19 vaccines are in fact a bioweapon."

First, his assertion is partially false. For example, Russia produces 4 vaccines against the virus SARS-CoV-2. Two of these vaccines are traditional - these vaccines very probably do not fall under that definition.

Second, what Corbin probably has in mind is that there is some official database containing a list of prohibited materials. If these materials are included in the vaccine, then that vaccine falls under the definition of "bioweapon". However, it does not yet follow that the vaccine was designed to be a weapon or that it was used as a weapon. But it follows that according to the official definition, there is a danger that it CAN be used as a weapon.

Nothing else can I say as Corbin's speech was interrupted at that point.
