Are we talking about an 'actual' British FBI or SOCA? If it is SOCA, which i presume it is, then this has nothing to do with fighting internal terrorism. It is geared towards tackling Organised Crime, and will provide support between various police forces to provide greater co-operation and eridcate concerns over jurisdictions etc.
Anyone who presumes that this is going to be a terrorism-fighting, sovereignty-destroying, freedom-restricting superforce should really stop reading the Daily Facist, sorry, Mail....
