Researchers Jennifer Glass (University of Texas, Austin) and Robin Simon (Wake Forest University) found that nonparents reveal higher levels of well-being in most advanced industrialized societies.

This goes to explain why in the Western world birth rates are so low. If we want happy people we need to stop kids from being born.
HAPPY People? Shouldn't we be more interested in a productive society, so that we can all prosper? That takes a lot of citizens. You libs want to abort babies AT THE SAME TIME as we are seeing demographics which have discovered our citizens are having Less Children.

SO, stop babies from being born, cremate them, and then watch our young people having less children, our population will dwindle, and what a mess. Jesus.

More interested in a productive society? Why should I be interested in a society ruled by the establishment?

You know, if I have liberty and freedom, (which Dems want to take away) if I have liberty and freedom, and the 'establishment' follows the Constitution of the United States, I don't give a hoot who 'rules' a society. Then, they can't come to my house and tell me I have some duty of care to some other person, you know what I mean? I get to decide my duty. The only debt a man has is the debt which he has incurred for himself. Do you think otherwise? Of course not.

And yes, a productive society. Or, you can go Bernie's route. Sooo creepy. Takes creativity to keep the juices going in a society....but, the creativity part winds down when Bernie rules. (I say 'Bernie' to mean any Democrat, he being the worst)

It is obvious with anyone who can see the Constitution is already being ignored. That battle is lost. This Constitution is what a majority of politically appointed judges says it is.

Yes, in the end, at SCOTUS, the judges are charged with applying the constitution to the case before them. One cannot deny that the liberal judges on the lower courts veer award from that, with all their personal reasons. It is called Judicial Activism.

So it boils down to, do you want the court to follow the constitution , applying it impartially to the facts of the case, or should they impose their personal feelings? SCOTUS conservative judges want to do the former, thank god. We should not care if they are liberal, conservative or libertarian judges, ....... We need simply require that they apply the constitution. You will get that with conservative judges.

So if Trump, or any president, will please put judges on the court who respect the constitution, no matter who they are, then rest easy, ,,,,,,, the battle will not be lost.

What it boils down to is where does the power of the court stop. The Constitution does not give the Judiciary the right to judicial review. The Supreme court gave itself that power. The Constitution says all laws are created by Congress. The Supreme Court violated this principle by giving itself the power to create law.
