"Agreed."

Did Kevcvs57 agree with ShallowBlue's claim (above) or not?
If not, then he should have made it clear that he disagreed with it. “
I wrote
“ Agreed
I don’t do Facebook either even though I was coerced / tricked into opening an account I have never logged in. ”
How much clearer could it be that I was agreeing with Shallowblues reluctance to visit or engage with Facebook.?
I’ve made it perfectly clear that I do not believe BLM is an organisation that can contain elements so how can I agree with that statement. There may be people who don a BLM T-shirt and incite racial violence but you cannot have membership of the simple truism that Black Lives Matter.

The post that was quoted here has been removedThe rise of nazism in Germany was down to low morale (losing WW1), poverty and strikt sanctions on their economy.
All that was needed was a flame of hatred to be lit mixed with the promise of entitlement. And that’s what happened. And the Jews, gays, Romani, Slavs, etc. were the scapegoats.
Many of these same mechanics are in place: resentment of mainstream media (in the 20’s and 30’s the nazis used the term organised media), scapegoating minorities, complete anti-communist rhetoric and the illusion of an all-powerful elite.
Obviously BLM is a force for good. However, have you listened to some of the more activist elements? How easy is it for people to connect extreme elements of Antifa with the general BLM movement?
Friction causes change. Too much friction in an already volatile arena causes right-wing extremism. And that is very difficult to control.
Say trump had won the election. Where do you think the US was heading towards?
Even now. If you want to emancipate society, you have to have the angry, disenfranchised white males onboard.
If you keep the pressure cooker on, do you think they’re going to be open to a newer reality? Or do you think they will explode?
And that is what has to be dealt with. And it’s a harsh truth for minorities: constructive change in culture (read: society) takes time. It starts with investing in relationship and reaching out to each other’s common ground. De-escalation.
If you don’t? You’re gonna see a whole lot of pain and misery. And in the end no change at all.

@shavixmir - Obviously BLM is a force for good.
Oh, *obviously*, of course.
So a Marxist organization that has violent protests in 100+ American cities, commits several killings, leaves many stores looted,, many cars and businesses lit afire, many attempts to burn down federal court houses - is a force of good. Uh huh.
Tell me something, genius....
it's been 8.5 months since the death of George Floyd. (who's that??)
Do you really think the BLM Protesters that have been living in the city streets since then are actually protesting the death of George Floyd?
@earl-of-trumps saidFascist.

With your “Marxist” Malarkey.
Or do you think Qanon represents all of the republicans?
@earl-of-trumps saidYou have no idea what truth is.
Some people seek happiness... Others seek the beauty of truth
@earl-of-trumps saidOnce again for the fascist dummy in the room

BLM is not Marxist, Violent or even an Organisation in anything like the true sense of the word. It’s simply a truism that has become a rallying cry for non racists, an easy target for racists and a boon for the producers and sellers of T-shirt’s.
@shavixmir saidSo do you agree that African American, Anti Fascist, Socialists, LGBTQ+ and even pro democracy groups have the right, and indeed, the duty to arm themselves in the face of the clear fascist intent of right wing America.
