Anyone over 6 feet high should not weigh near 250 pounds.
I am only 6 1 and my BMI said I was pushing towards obese, which I doubted but I went for it and it worked, I don't have to carry that extra 30 odd pounds up and down stairs now.
Oh, you are surprised I can actually CLIMB stairs in my obvious declined state of weakness and dementia.
