When my Dad lost the two apartment complexes he inherited because he didn't pay the mortgage, the government wasn't rushing to save him. How come when the same thing happens now they get welfare relief? Pisses me off.
It's like the country's conspiring to keep me and mine propertyless.

Notice I said IF - I was considering both possibilities. You ASSUME this won't be a problem. You're naive; you need to watch for possible problems so you're not blindsided when they come.
