But you may agree with me that bringing Sweden/Finland into the NATO fold hinges a lot more on Turkey than on the US A.
We knew the US is 100% for it, so why people behave as if US passage is paramount when passage still depends on Turley is a surprise.

Also Russia having to focus at least some of its military capacity to its north is quite good if your a traditional territorial competitor to its south.
There may well be some more shenanigans to come from Istanbul but ultimately this nato expansion to the North makes sense for Turkey.
