So reporters should control what is aired on Fox, CNN, BBC or printed in the local rag? The editor has the final say, obviously these two are working at the wrong place if they can't accept that.
All news is biased and that's exactly the way it should be, the alternative is to have it controlled by....who?
The guvamint?
Nothing to see here, move along.

How about the truth?
Let's face it there are a million slants any reporter can put on a story, next is that not every story can get reported, otherwise Fox (or any other agency couldn't get past what happened in the last 10 minutes internationally) So refusing to run a story for whatever reason they like is not telling a lie.

Dude, it is not a secret that in the U.S. the chickens, cows, ducks, and any other edible animal is like... er... chemically pumped up? Yeah, that's a good term.
There was a whole thing about fattening chickens with water in Holland a couple of weeks ago too. Seemingly thez´ve had to bring in a law to stop chicken filets being pumped with water.
It got me quite paranoid. What sort of person goes around injecting meat with water?

Therefore if they choose to run another story or even just some cartoons or techno music instead = not lie.

Have you heard of lying by omission? Apparently not.
