You are then just copying what I say.
What I say in addition is that the earth has warmed and cooled for millions of years WITHOUT US to take credit or blame. It will continue to do so, no matter whether or not we even exist.
Let me ask you a serious question. Should we begin a policy of intentional genecide to decrease the population of earth?
...[text shortened]... physics. All the best effort you can imagine isn't going to help the increase in temperatures.
Genocide is a little drastic, though we do need to consider where all the extra people are going to go in the future. I don't really know how we're going to deal with overpopulation in an acceptable manner, and I can't predict what the wisdom will be years in the future when it comes to it. Fertility rates appear to drop in more developed countries, which is promising, as it may indicate that we are self-regulating as a population.
The second part I'll try and answer in layman's terms, hopefully avoiding confusion. The heat we release by burning things isn't the problem, that escapes into space. Its the Greenhouse gases we leave as a byproduct of our activities that are the issue. It's possible to reduce these by being much more energy efficient.
If we can find a way of making sure that whatever we release is taken up at an equal rate then we'll be ok. The same applies to how we affect the earth's reflectiveness as we change the landscape. If the earth's atmospheric content and reflectiveness are kept relatively stable then we only have the natural cycles to worry about, not amplified ones. We might even be able to buffer the cycles by releasing/absorbing greenhouse gases at appropriate points, but that's going into the realms of science fiction.

Ok. You state your position very well.
And the beauty is... (wait for it) Should we get into another little ice age, we can release all the stored CO2 back into the atmosphere and hope we can heat the old gal up a bit.

Ultimately, the "global warming" hysterics are losing ground. They are at the height of their powers today, but their arc is about to drop and within 20 to 30 years from now, we'll all be sitting around laughing about what a bunch of braying jackasses people like Al Gore were. This "global warming" nonsense is just an attempt by politicians and b ...[text shortened]... ly, what they want to do is shakedown American taxpayers to pay for their global schemes.
What about the polar caps melting and whole islands disappearing because of the rise of water level?
Or are you denying this is happening?
