There was always a Palestine, and there will always be one. Palestine is a piece of land, which belonged to many different groups of people and Empires. In recent times it was the Ottomans, and finally the British, who partitioned it. Gradually it is going back to the rightful owner, the Jews. Palestine has always been there, but what is going to go into the dustbin of hi ...[text shortened]... ssimilated into nearby Arab states, thankfully.

This war is going to be with us for some decades.
I don't think neighboring Arab states want the Palestinians.

With good reason... they are no f... king good.
So their options are limited.
Live in peace with the Jews or die.

How do we know those hostages weren't killed by Israeli strikes? Israel has been bombing schools, hospitals, refugee camps, pretty much everything.

It's quite possible those refugees can't be returned because they were killed by the IDF. If so, continuing attacks until "all hostages have been returned" would be tragically idiotic.
Could be in that case the Hamas would claim that for sure. As long as they claime to have hostages attacks will continue.

thze whole thing is tragic anyway starting at least with the attempt to remove the newly established state Israel from the map....(and no that is not the "real" starting point, but it is with the state Israel as combattant)

It is not idiotic at all. The kill ratio of Palestinians to Jewish hostages is very high. Must be something like 1000:1. As far as Israel is concerned those are probably acceptable ratios. Getting back the hostages is not a priority. The priority is ensuring the Oct 7th massacre can never happen again.

One goal for sure: free the Hostages who are in Hamas' hands for over a year now. (At least get their bodies).

I forsee no stop of the attacks before all hostages have been returned. It should be clear to the terrorists by now, that the hostages have very low value for them any way.
Although there are loud voices in the Jewish community clamouring for Netanyahu to focus on getting back the hostages, this is not the best thing for Israel's long term security. The wiser approach is for Israel to act and continue to attack as if the hostages were all dead. There is no other way if Hamas is to be eliminated.

The original Palestine is the red part on this map labeled “Philistine city states”

wikipedia.org/wiki/File:Kingdoms_around_Israel_830_map.svg

The whole region did not get called Palestine until the Romans took over in 63 BCE.
