I was there. I was doing my bit in the red cross building for about 24 hours straight, keeping transcievers going as best as we could (emergency communications). It seemed I was the only one there who knew much about radio's. Also kept printers going and running messages between emergency centers. I sure was not one of the hero's at ground zero, I did my thing about 5 miles away. Still helped out though.
