That's right. They have mandatory insurance here, and the concentration camps are way over capacity.

Why would anyone not want insurance?
Property rights not human rights are obviously what the US Constitution/Bill of Rights are designed to protect!

Perhaps they prefer outsourcing their medical care to another country? Perhaps they are young and healthy and would prefer to spend all their income getting themselves financially established? Of course, that is the beauty of freedom. They can do as they please and not have to answer to you, to me, or to Big Brother.
Wouldn't it be great if all the conservatives simply opted for prison? Think what would happen if they locked up all the tax payers. Then we would all have free health care to boot!!

So how does this conspiracy work when the Government mandates you get it for your car otherwise you cannot drive it on public roads?
Originally posted by whodeyWell, one very good reason is that people don't walk in emergency rooms uninsured like they do in the US. This keeps costs of insurance down, since more people are paying. Furthermore, it's to protect stupid people against themselves since everyone can afford insurance here.

comprehensive insurance is not mandatory. comprehensive insures your own property, like health insurance insures your body.
liability is mandatory. cars kill people regularly, and liabilty pays the bills of the guy you hit.
