By the Fall, the inflation rate should fall significantly. The monthly PCE inflation report is due out Thursday and may well show that the price index increases are lower than last month. But even if not, the smart money is on an inflation rate slowdown given the Fed's interest rate hike with more to come.

No, they weren't. You either can't read or are just so brainwashed by the propaganda that you absorb every single day that you've lost any capacity to think rationally.

Every President uses notes. The ones Biden has are no different from any other President; they are reminders on what order to do certain things and how long he should make his remarks. He is absolutely free to disregard them if he pleases.
