Note that in the second link, it is stated explicitly that farn workers are more, not less, likely to die of Corona - the opposite of your supposition.
The first link explains that yes, there is a correlation with race, but correlation is not causation: there is also a correlation between race and poverty, and the link between poverty and higher death rates holds true across all races.
In short, your theory is disproven by the actual data.
