Once you've eliminated the crazies, Zimbabwe would be an excellent bet! Fantastic climate. Get yourself a little home in the rocks overlooking a lake.

And unless my mental map of Africa is wrong (extremely possible) Southern Tanzania isn't all that far away from the falls. Just a mere hop, skip and jump across Zambia.
