I think you'll find it's not a very effective strategy.
A much better way to "fight the good fight" as you seem to see it is to fight fire with f ...[text shortened]... with your little "I'm the anti-hero" scenario if it makes you feel like a man.[/b]
Yep tried that strategy of fighting fire with fire but, as you can probably guess, the 'fashionably frightened' loonie lefties just don't want to know because they can't handle opposing views or anything that mocks trendy ideas, thier collective comfort rugs. So it's fun to ridicule and laugh at the these idiots as they follow Al Gore's roaming circus show around. None of them can think for themselves you see. The sky is always falling in on them.

Right on merk!! But what we really need, just to ballance things up a bit, is a "Live Round" concert with a lovely full color poster of a nice cruise missile in mid flight as the stage backdrop. What do you think? Can you recommend any bands?

Ummm live like 'Owl' Gore? Jet everywhere, keep the lights on at the mansion and own trash buring sites in my home state? And then try to cover up my own abuse of the planet with the illusion of carbon offsets and organising a Live World concert or whatever its called and have lots of washed up has been muscians fly in on their chartered jets ?

Sounds like a plan to me If the United States is on contributing 4% to the carbon pollution problem ..... who is making the rest of the mess?

I’m sure you don’t realise, because you seem to think you are some anti-global warming god, but the only idiot being laughed at and ridiculed is you.

The US contributes more like 25%, despite only making up 0.5% of the planet's population. We're only asking people to clean up after themselves.

I presume by fighting fire with fire, you mean using the scientific approach then? You know, the one with evidence and logical development of ideas and stuff.
If you had such evidence, or logic, I didn't see you post it, and I've been following your one man campaign against reason.
Being what you refer to as a "loonie lefty", I can tell you that if you come up with a single scrap of evidence for your claims, just one little peer reviewed article out of the thousands published, that holds up to the minimum of scrutiny, then you can argue your point standing on your legs.
Just one.

Good point, except that the general global effort is to stop kicking the cat as well.
