Hunter: Plea Deal?

Gotta tell you this......there is a thriving little town (BTW get ready for the market to take off...) where we know how it is about to develop.... In which direction. A guy has a huge tomato farm on the outskirts. ( 5 miles...he aint thinkin' about town, you know what I mean....). So I will buy his tomato farm, in the name of my children's Trust. Five, maybe Ten years from now, the town will creep out there and WMart or whatever will be at my doorstep to buy this stupid tomato farm I(which carried itself, by the way, good returns.). My children will be in the money. That is, unless the government, YOUR government, has nationalized America.
If that happens, my grandkids will instead not be rich, but will be making buttons in a factory. Ahhhhh, you see the RISK ole averagejoe is taking. Do you think I should ? Risk? You may have to look that up.
