The media did not ignore it. The media covered it exhaustively. Decent reporters treated it with a healthy dose of skepticism considering the source and the fact that it remained unverified information until years later.

It turned out that the skepticism was highly justified because nothing relevant was on there. All the hype on social media about burisma was wrong. Unless you're trying to cop a look at hunters meat, it was a nothing story.

During the trial the FBI agent was asked whether it was tampered with, no was the response. Where your emails came from I have no idea, and have something purportedly doctored compared to witness testimony in a trial by an FBI agent, I will go with testimony under oath.

You (and probably the rest of right wing fairy land) have conflated the actual laptop, the one obtained by the FBI, with the "laptop" that was released by Trump's campaign a few weeks before the election and contained all the juicy secrets on the Bidens and burisma and China and Ukraine.

The FBI said that at trial because they had the laptop before the GOP started messing with it. The guiliani campaign laptop was doctored, Kelly.

In each of the altered/implanted emails detected so far, they are created as blank replies sent in response to years old emails relevant to GOP attacks on Hunter Biden. The email metadata show them as having been ‘sent’ long after the Hunter Biden laptops were allegedly dropped off, and dates which are matched by the file metadata. There are multiple versions of one email, all but one of which share a unique typo. I don’t see a way for sync attempts to explain that.

They've been after Hunter for a long time now, as a distraction and as revenge for Trump being convicted.. They are desperate. If they had something, we would have seen it by now.

That means about 20% of democrats agree with most republicans that the CIA and FBI were election meddling and may have changed the outcome of the election. And don't forget Racial Jungle Joe lied by claiming the computer was a "Russian plant" to help Trump win.

Always accuse others of what you are guilty of. That is what Biden did.
