Yes and yes.

1) Why the need to control people. If you support them from the state, give them money.

2) I'm hard working. There are a lot of jobs and vacancies. If you want money, go earn it.
Because those people have shown themselves incompetent to support themselves and are a nuisance to society. Like I said; if you want to be free, you can go to the Commons. If you want free stuff, here's what society's offering. We shouldn't be offering you alcohol or methamphetamine as part of charity, for example, but should offer housing and food.

If I give a homeless man a sandwich am I controlling him? You have a very strange perception of this issue.

Yes and yes - those two answers are contradictory!. Should the taxpayers give up some of their money to the poor in any way through taxes or not?

Maybe he want's alcohol instead of a sandwich. Let him decide. If he wants to mess up his life, let him so.

As long as the get food and shelter, they will settle for it. If they make a mess, some people might conclude there are other ways to a better life.

If not, their life expectance will not be very long. This saves money as well.

Didn't took them as contradictionary, but you're right.

In my opinnion, pay no money at all. Physical normal people should be able to get a job. Lots of opportunities. I see it clearly as unwilling to be unemployed in this situation, why should I pay for you. The extra money, should be invested for my retire fund instead of lame people who do not take the effort to find a job.
